This project is in Charmoses, Riviere du Rempart, Mauritius: 5-Bedroom Villa with swimming pool and amenities. We have been awarded as The Principal Contractor by The Client.

We are offering construction, project management, quality control, financial management and client's advice services.

We have recently started an important milestone on finishes works while taking detailed attention to financial impact versus time. We are also the mechanical and electrical engineering contractor on the project.

This property is in Pointe aux Cannoniers, Riviere du Rempart, Mauritius. We have renovated and decorated the property prior to rental arrangement on behave of La Societe Dumomo (The Client).

We provide property maintainance, landscaping and security to present days for our the tenants and The Client.

The photograph illustrates our know-how in demolition and renovation works. We demolished several walls at ground floor level while adding extra supports to provide The Client  an open-plan kitchen/dinning/living room. We mix the older furniture with the new furniture with the help of our interior designer.

We are currently undergoing feasibility study to design and build steel frame structure for our clients to suit flexible geological.

Our architectural team has opted for Forges Tardieu Ltd as the perferred steel erection contractor.

We acknowledge receipt of this photograph from Modern Architecture. It demonstrates the use of cantilevers steel sections in modern living space. The mixture of diffferent construction materials can be appreciated along the facade, balcony, bedrooms, veranda and swimming pool.

Currently, we are working closely with our client in UK to redesign his existing house to match the rear elevation shown in the photograph. 

This project is located in Balaclava, Pamplemouses, Mauritius. It is a new concept of housing construction where we design, build, operate and maintain the property. The project is at its early stage of the 'build' process.

The Chief Architect is a famous Australian Architect: Leon Meyer and we constantly research on his ways of designing and choices of materials to build homes.

We have engineered his design to suit the Mauritian construction industry and cyclonic climate conditions. Our current design is on sale for building permit purposes and for construction.
